- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. Accent
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 lb. round steak
- 1 medium onion, chopped and sauteed
- 4 Tbsp. catsup
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 c. beef stock or bouillon
- 1 tsp. chili powder
Directions

1Pound flour, Accent and salt and pepper to taste into round steak (or deer steak).

2Cut into 1 to 2-inch cubes.

3Brown in heavy skillet.

4Add onion, chopped and sauteed.

5Mix catsup, Worcestershire sauce, beef stock or bouillon and chili powder, then pour over meat.

6Stir to dissolve crumbs in skillet.

7Cover tightly and simmer for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, until fork-tender.

8Add water during cooking if needed.
