- 12 hard-cooked Large eggs
- 1/3 c. finely minced pickles or possibly sweet relish
- 1/3 c. salad dressing
- 2 tbsp. finely minced onion
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions

1Remove egg shells.

2Cut Large eggs in half lengthwise.

3Remove and mash egg yolks.

4Dice 1 egg white.

5To make filling: In medium bowl, combine yolks, diced egg white, pickles, salad dressing, onion and salt.

6Spoon about 1 Tbsp.

7filling into each remaining egg white half.

8Garnish with half a pimiento olive.

9Cover, chill till serving time, at least 4 hrs.
