- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 lb. top round steak (1-inch thick)
- salt and pepper to taste
- cooking oil
- 1 c. sliced onion
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
Directions

1Mix mustard and flour.

2Pound into the steak.

4Season with salt and pepper.

5Brown on both sides in a little cooking oil.

6Place in a small roaster.

7Pour over it the remaining ingredients, which have been mixed together.

8Cover and bake in a 325° oven for about 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
