- 6 to 8 Swiss steak cakes
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. sliced onions
- 2 Tbsp. Wesson oil
- 2 c. tomato soup
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Mix mustard with flour and pound into steak.

2Brown in Wesson oil on both sides.

3Add salt, pepper, soup, onions, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce.

4Place in a small roaster or electric skillet.

5Cover and bake at 325° for 2 hours.

6Serve with rice.
