  • 3 hard-cooked eggs, mashed
  • 3 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 tomatoes, halved horizontally

    the eggs until frothy, stir into the seasoned mixture and cook over hot water until water in bottom of double boiler comes to a boil.
