Deviled Tuna Eggs

- 6 eggs, boiled yolks removed
- 1 (5 ounce) can tuna
- 1/4 onion, small finely diced
- 3 tablespoons light mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions

1Boil 6 eggs. Place eggs in cold water.

2While eggs cool, mix tuna, diced onion, salt, pepper and mayonaisse together.

3Once the eggs are cool, peel and slice in half lengthwise. Gently remove and discard yolks.

4Spoon tuna mixture into the cavity of each egg until the mixture is gone, allowing the exess tuna to pile on top of the egg halves.

5Serve chilled.
