- 4 lb. unpeeled shrimp
- 1 lb. oleo or butter
- 2 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. chopped bell pepper
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic (optional)
- red pepper, salt and black pepper
Directions

1Wash shrimp and drain.

2Season with salt and peppers; set aside.

3Simmer celery, bell pepper, onions and garlic in oleo until tender.

4Add shrimp.

5Cook over medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

6(Don't overcook.)

7Use butter sauce for dipping shrimp.

8Also makes a great finger party food.
