- 1/4 cups Mayonnaise
- 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Pickle Relish
- 1 teaspoon Yellow Mustard
- 1 Tablespoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Chives For Garnish

1Halve eggs lengthwise.

2Remove yolks and place in a small bowl.

3Mash yolks with a fork and stir in mayonnaise, pickle relish, and mustard.

4Add salt and pepper, to taste.

5Fill egg whites evenly with yolk mixture.

6Store covered in refrigerator until ready to serve.

7Before serving, garnish with chives.
