- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
- 1 3/4 c. water
- 1/2 c. dry red wine
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

3In skillet, sprayed with Pam, brown meat slowly.

4Transfer to 1 1/2-quart casserole with tight fitting cover.

5Add remaining ingredients.

7Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours or until tender.

8Serve on toast, rice or noodles.
