  • 1/4 c. granulated sugar replacement
  • 1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. low-fat milk (2% milk fat)
  • 2/3 c. liquid shortening
  • 2 eggs

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in large bowl and beat just until blended.

    Pour into well-greased and floured 13 x 9-inch cake pan. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes or until done.
