- 3 egg yolks
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 baked pie crust
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 2 1/2 c. 2% milk
- 1 tsp. coconut extract
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together except egg whites.

2Cook until thick over medium heat.

3Pour into crust.

4Beat egg whites until stiff.

5Add a pinch of salt, 1 tablespoon sugar and 3 packages Sweet 'N Low; beat until blended.

6Top pie and brown slightly in 300° oven.
