  • 1 c. whole grain cornmeal (not degermed)
  • 1/2 c. wheat germ
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. corn
  • 1 c. skim milk
  • 1 egg or 2 egg whites
  • 3 pkg. Sweet 'N Low
  • 2 Tbsp. corn oil
