1Sprinkle Tilapia filets with Diesel dust on both sides, lightly sprinkly filets with flour. Heat Olive oil and butter in skillet to med/high heat, add filets and cook 3-4 minutes on each side or until fish flakes. I like to serve this with my families favorite - Jasmine rice and baked beans paired with an oven roasted tomato. Enjoy!
