  • 1 9 oz package of frozen spinach (no sauce) Green Giant taste best*
  • 3 cloves of fresh garlic minced
  • 2 shallots finely chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper finely chopped
  • 2 cups of shredded cheese (mozzarella/cheddar mixed)
  • 1/3 cup of goat cheese
  • 1 1/2 tbl spoon butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • salt/pepper to taste
