- 2 c. skim lowfat milk
- 1/2 scant c. sugar
- 1/2 c. Egg Beaters
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Healthy pinch nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 c. diet bread cubes, 1 inches
- 1/2 c. raisins (optional)
Directions

1In large bowl combine first 6 ingredients.

2Stir in bread cubes.

3Pour into greased 1 1/2 qt baking dish.

4Place in pan of water 1 inch deep.

5Bake at 350 degrees for 60-65 min or possibly till inserted knife comes out clean.

6Serves 4-6.
