  • 2 c. skim lowfat milk
  • 1/2 scant c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. Egg Beaters
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Healthy pinch nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 c. diet bread cubes, 1 inches
  • 1/2 c. raisins (optional)

Directions

    In large bowl combine first 6 ingredients.

    Stir in bread cubes.

    Pour into greased 1 1/2 qt baking dish.

    Place in pan of water 1 inch deep.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 60-65 min or possibly till inserted knife comes out clean.

    Serves 4-6.
