  • 1/2 c. oleo
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. artificial sweetener
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. cloves
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 1 1/2 c. diet applesauce
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. plain flour

    Mix dry ingredients and sift.

    Pour into small loaf pan and bake at 325° until done.
