- 1 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. dates, chopped
- 1 c. hot water
- 1/2 c. apples, chopped
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. Minute oats
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 c. nuts (optional)
Directions

1Pour hot water over dates and raisins.

2Add margarine.

3Cool slightly.

4Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

5Refrigerate overnight.

6(I bake soon as mixed.)

7Drop by spoonful on greased baking sheet and bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes.
