Ingredients

  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1/2 c. dates, chopped
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 1/2 c. apples, chopped
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. Minute oats
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 c. nuts (optional)

Directions

    Pour hot water over dates and raisins.

    Add margarine.

    Cool slightly.
  4. 4
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

    Refrigerate overnight.

    (I bake soon as mixed.)

    Drop by spoonful on greased baking sheet and bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes.
