- 2 Tbsp. or more salad oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 c. sifted flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1In saucepan, heat water and oil to boiling.

2Add flour and salt; beat together.

3Remove from heat.

4Beat in eggs, one at a time.

5Spoon pastry onto nonstick cookie sheet in 3-inch strips (approximately 1 x 3-inches).

6Leave room for spreading.

7Bake at 375° for approximately 45 minutes.

8Cool before filling 9 puffs, 68 calories each.
