  • 2 green onions
  • 2 tablespoons basil leaves
  • 1 slice ginger 1 to 2 teaspoon minced
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
  • toasted sesame oil 1 teaspoon

Directions

    Spray a foil-lined baking sheet with nonstick spray.

    Place fish on baking sheet.

    Mince green onions, basil, ginger, and garlic.

    Rub mixture on both sides of the fish.

    Season with salt, pepper, and cayenne.

    Brush with sesame oil.

    Let stand at room temperature for 20 minutes, or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 hours.
