- 1 can crushed pineapple, packed in own juice
- 1 can mandarin oranges
- 2 bananas, if desired, peaches or pears
- 1 box pistachio instant pudding (sugar-free)
- 1 c. skim milk
- 1 small container low-calorie Cool Whip
Directions

1Mix milk and Cool Whip together with pudding.
