  • 2 cans fruit mix, fruit cocktail or both
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, packed in own juice
  • 1 can mandarin oranges
  • 2 bananas, if desired, peaches or pears
  • 1 box pistachio instant pudding (sugar-free)
  • 1 c. skim milk
  • 1 small container low-calorie Cool Whip

Directions

    Mix milk and Cool Whip together with pudding.
