- 1 c. boiling water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 15 pkg. Equal
- 1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
Directions

1Combine raisins, boiling water, salt, cornstarch, orange juice and lemon juice; cook until thick.

2Remove from heat.

3Add Equal and lemon rind.

4Pour into uncooked crust.

5Top with lattice crust.

6Bake 15 minutes at 425°, then 20 to 25 minutes at 350° or until crust is done.
