- 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 1/2 c. cottage cheese (low-fat)
- 1 small pkg. sugar-free orange jello
- 1 c. Cool Whip (lite)
Directions

1Mix oranges, pineapple and cottage cheese.
