- 6 large onions
- 1 large bunch celery
- 1 large green pepper
- whole tomatoes
Directions

1Prepare the vegetables by cleaning and cutting them up into medium size pieces and putting them in a large pot of water. Cover with water and let it come to a full boil.

2(A small container of onion soup mix may be added at this point for additional flavor, if desired.)

3After the soup has boiled about 10 minutes, lower the fire and let it simmer until the vegetables are soft.
