  • 2 lg. onions
  • 2 green peppers
  • 1 lg. can tomatoes
  • 1 head cabbage
  • 1 bunch celery
  • 2 quarts. water
  • 1 can onion soup
  • Parsley, basil, oregano, etc.

    Cut all vegetables into medium pcs and boil in water in large kettle about 10 min.

    Add in onion soup and any desired herbs.
