   Put angel food cake mix in bowl.

   Stir in crushed pineapple (juice and all).

   The juice from the pineapple will serve in place of the liquid to mix your cake.

   Be sure to stir in...do not use a mixer.

   Pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan.

   Bake as directed on cake box.

   Remove from oven.

   Take a toothpick and poke holes in cake.

   Mix your Jello in a bowl; pour over cake.

    Refrigerate and let Jello set up.

    Spread Cool Whip (can be fat-free) over Jello. Cut and serve.
