  • 4 slices bread
  • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 2/3 c. dry milk
  • 4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 apples
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp. sweetener
  • 1 tsp. baking soda

Directions

    Place bread in blender; crumb.

    Add milk, cinnamon and baking soda together.

    Beat eggs until very thick and add rest of ingredients.

    Add crumbs and apples last.
