- 1/4 c. (1 medium) egg
- non-nutritive sweetener equivalent to 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 tsp. allspice
- 3/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1 (9-inch) pastry shell (unbaked)
- 1/4 tsp. cloves, finely grated
- 1 1/2 c. canned pumpkin
- 3/4 c. evaporated milk
- 3/4 c. fresh orange juice
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425°.

2Combine egg, sweetener, spices and pumpkin and blend well.

3Add milk and orange juice gradually; stir until well blended.

4Pour into unbaked pie shell.

5Bake 10 to 12 minutes then reduce heat to 325° and bake until a knife inserted near center comes out clean, about 3/4 hour.
