  • 2 whole skinless chicken breasts or comparable amount of chicken tenders
  • 1/4 c. Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1 1/2 tsp. dried tarragon
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 c. plain bread crumbs

Directions

    Cut chicken into strips and place in 8-inch baking dish.

    Melt margarine.

    Mix mustard, onion and 1 tablespoon margarine together. Spread mustard mixture over each chicken.

    Sprinkle bread crumbs over chicken.

    Pour remaining margarine over chicken and sprinkle tarragon on top.

    Cover and bake in 400° oven for 40 minutes. (Uncover the last 5 to 10 minutes.)
