  • 1/4 cup reduced fat mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 1 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup plain dry bread crumbs, divided

  • 1 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted

Directions

    Blend mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon cheese, mustard, horseradish and lemon juice in small bowl; stir in 1/4 cup bread crumbs.

    Arrange fish fillets on greased baking sheet; spread crumb mixture evenly over fillets.

    Combine remaining cheese, bread crumbs and melted margarine or butter; sprinkle over fillets.

    Bake at 350F for 15 to 18 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
