- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. minced ginger
- vegetable cooking spray
- 4 (4 oz.) skinned, boned chicken breast halves
Directions

1Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well.

2Place chicken in an 11 x 7 x 2-inch dish coated with cooking spray. Brush glaze mixture over chicken.

3Cover and bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is done.

4Uncover and broil chicken 4 inches from heat for 1 to 2 minutes or until golden.
