- 1/2 lb. pork tenderloin, cut very thin, bite sized
- 1/4 c. onions, sliced
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 3 Tbsp. water
Directions

1Brown pork in skillet. Add onions and cook until softened. Add other ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes. Add 3 tablespoons water to flour and make a thin paste. Add to pan. Heat until gravy is thickened, stirring constantly. Serve over noodles. Serves 4.
