- 4 each pork chops, lean, boneless
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs dry
- 3 tablespoons prepared mustard dijon
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 x nonstick cooking spray

1Heat oven to 375F (190C).

2Trim all visble fat from pork chops.

3Spray a 13x9x2 inch pan with cooking spray.

4Place bread crumbs in shallow dish.

5In another swallow dish, combine mustard and lemon juice; blend well.

6Dip both sides of each pork chop in mustard mixture, then in bread crumbs to coat.

7Place chops in pan.

8Bake 30 to 40 minutes until pork is no longer pink, turning halfway through baking.
