- 6 to 8 medium red potatoes
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- white pepper or garlic powder to taste
Directions

1Scrub and dry potatoes; don't peel.

2Cut into 3/4-inch slices. Place in casserole dish.

3Pour melted butter over potatoes.

4Add salt, pepper, garlic powder and mustard.

5Bake at 400° for 1 hour or until tender, stirring occasionally.
