  • 6 to 8 medium red potatoes
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • white pepper or garlic powder to taste

Directions

    Scrub and dry potatoes; don't peel.

    Cut into 3/4-inch slices. Place in casserole dish.

    Pour melted butter over potatoes.

    Add salt, pepper, garlic powder and mustard.

    Bake at 400° for 1 hour or until tender, stirring occasionally.
