- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/4 c. warm water
- 1 c. creamed cottage cheese
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
- 1 Tbsp. oleo
- 2 tsp. dill seed
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1 egg
- 2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Sprinkle yeast over warm water.

2Heat cottage cheese to lukewarm.

3Combine in bowl with sugar, onion, oleo, dill, soda, egg and yeast mixture.

4Add flour to form stiff dough.

5Cover, let rise in warm place until double in size.

6Punch dough down and put in well-greased loaf pan.

7Let rise.

8Bake in 350° oven until golden brown around 40 to 50 minutes.

9Optional:

10Brush with oleo and sprinkle with salt.

11Makes 1 loaf.
