- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. warm water
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1/4 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. onion flakes
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Warm cottage cheese and butter over low heat.

2Mix warm water and yeast.

3Let stand.

4Beat soda, onion flakes and sugar with a fork.

5Dump all these in with egg mixture.

6Add flour.

7Let rise until doubled, 40 to 50 minutes.

8Punch down and put in 2-quart casserole and let stand 30 minutes.

9Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350° (until brown).
