- 1 c. cream-style cottage cheese
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/4 c. warm water
- 1 Tbsp. soft butter
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
- 2 tsp. dill seed
- 1 egg
Directions

1Heat cottage cheese to lukewarm.

2Soften yeast in water; let stand for 10 minutes.

3Blend cottage cheese and 1 tablespoon butter in large bowl.

4Mix sugar, salt and soda; add to cheese mixture.

5Add onion, dill seed, egg and yeast mixture; beat well. Add flour gradually, beating well after each addition.

6Cover; let rise in warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in bulk. Stir down.
