- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 1/4 c. soft butter

- 2 Tbsp. minced dry onion
- 2 Tbsp. dill seed (whole)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. soda
- 1 egg
- 2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Place cottage cheese in warm bowl; add yeast-water, egg and soft butter.

2Combine all dry ingredients and gradually add; beat well.

3Cover with clean cloth; let rise until doubled.

4Punch down and put in 2 small, greased loaf pans.

5Let rise again.

6Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.

7While warm, brush with butter and salt.
