  • 12 pork chops
  • 2 cans Campbell's cream of celery soup
  • 1 3/4 c. milk
  • garlic salt to taste
  • fresh ground pepper to taste
  • flour (enough to coat pork chops)
  • 1/2 cube butter

Directions

    In a skillet, melt butter.

    Bread pork chops with flour; place in skillet.

    Add garlic salt and pepper to taste.

    Brown on both sides.

    Place browned pork chops in a Pam sprayed casserole or baking dish.

    In a quart measuring cup or large bowl, combine cream of celery soup with milk; mix well.

    Cover entire pork chops with mixture and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
