Ingredients
- 1 pkg. dry yeast or 1 Tbsp. dry yeast
- 1 c. warm water
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 tsp. soda
- 1 unbeaten egg
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 2 tsp. dill seed
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. sifted flour
Directions

1Mix yeast and warm water in bowl and set aside.

2Heat cottage cheese.

3Do not boil.

4Add cottage cheese to yeast and water.

5Now add remaining ingredients.

6Mix all ingredients thoroughly.

7Place on floured board.

8Knead and shape into loaf.

9Snip top.

10Grease top.

11Let rise in pan until doubled in size.

12Bake at 350° to 375° for 30 or 35 minutes.
