- 3 medium-sized potatoes, boiled and cubed
- 3 c. water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. fresh dill, chopped
- raw egg (optional)
Directions

1When potatoes are almost cooked, add sour cream (can be thinned with milk), mixed with flour.

2When the soup comes to a boil, add chopped dill.

3Raw eggs may be dropped into the soup after it is thickened and cooked over a slow fire or it may be served with hard-boiled eggs.

4Add 1 to 2 teaspoons vinegar for added flavor.
