- 1 large fryer, cooked and cut into bite size
- 2 (5 oz.) pkg. noodles, small size
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, diced
- 1 large onion
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 small can mushrooms
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 small can English peas (LeSueur)
Directions

1Saute onion and pepper in oleo until onion is transparent. Add mushrooms, broth and Ro-Tel tomatoes and simmer 20 minutes. While this is cooking, cook noodles in leftover chicken broth. Add more water if needed.

2Drain English peas.

3When 20 minutes is up, add diced chicken and cheese.

4Stir until cheese is melted. Add well drained noodles and peas.

5Stir until well mixed.

6Put in casserole dish.

7Cook in 350° oven until it bubbles.

8Freezes well also.
