  • 2 tablespoons sliced pimento-stuffed green olives
  • 4 slices zero-carb deli ham (about 1-ounce each)
  • 4 slices zero-carb deli turkey breast (about 1-ounce each)
  • 8 kosher dill pickle spears

Directions
