  • 6 hard-cooked eggs
  • 3/4 c. (3 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped dill pickle
  • salt to taste
  • paprika (for color)
