- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper ground
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons parsley leaves minced
- 1 pinch oregano
- 1/4 cup lemon juice fresh
Directions

1Arrange fish in a single layer, oiled, shallow baking dish.

2Sprinkle with oil, parsley, shallots, Dill Weed, and oregano.

3Bake in a preheated oven at 350F (180C) F until flesh barely separates when tested with a fork--15 to 20 minutes.

4Baste twice with pan juices while baking.

6Blend lemon juice into pan drippings, then pour over fish.
