- 1 c. rice
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 Tbsp. onion
- 1 Tbsp. dill weed or to taste
- salt and pepper
- 2 c. tomato juice
- 3 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Mix hamburger, rice, egg, parsley, onion, dill weed, salt and pepper.

2Roll into meatballs; brown in frying pan.

3Add tomato juice, water and butter.

4Simmer for 45 to 60 minutes.
