  • 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
  • 1 c. rice
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. onion
  • 1 Tbsp. dill weed or to taste
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 c. tomato juice
  • 3 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Mix hamburger, rice, egg, parsley, onion, dill weed, salt and pepper.

    Roll into meatballs; brown in frying pan.
