- 4 ounces (110 g) fresh dill
- 1/2 cup (110 mL) vegetable oil
Directions

1Place the ingredients in a blender, and puree until smooth.

2Pour the mixture into a saucepan, and warm to 165F.

3Pour the Dill Oil back in the blender, and puree for 1 more minute.

4Pour the Dill Oil back in the saucepan, and warm over medium heat, until just starting to boil.

5Remove from the heat, pour through a fine sieve, and let cool.
