- 4 pieces Salmon Fillets
- 1 whole Lime
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 4 teaspoons Butter
- 2 teaspoons Dill
Directions

1Preheat oven to 430 degrees.

2Line an edged baking sheet with tin foil (this makes clean up a snap).

3Place the salmon on the foil.

4Squeeze lime juice over the fillets, follow with salt and dill (a little less salt may be advisable if the fillets are small).

5Top each fillet with a teaspoon of butter.

6Bake for 20 minutes or until the pink salmon takes on a white-ish hue.

7Serve with sauteed asparagus, pan roasted potatoes, and creamy dill sauce.
