  • 4 pieces Salmon Fillets
  • 1 whole Lime
  • 1- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 teaspoons Butter
  • 2 teaspoons Dill

Directions

    Preheat oven to 430 degrees.

    Line an edged baking sheet with tin foil (this makes clean up a snap).

    Place the salmon on the foil.

    Squeeze lime juice over the fillets, follow with salt and dill (a little less salt may be advisable if the fillets are small).

    Top each fillet with a teaspoon of butter.

    Bake for 20 minutes or until the pink salmon takes on a white-ish hue.

    Serve with sauteed asparagus, pan roasted potatoes, and creamy dill sauce.
