Ingredients
- 2 pkg. dry yeast in 1/2 c. warm water, dissolved
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. cottage cheese (warm, not hot)
- 2 Tbsp. butter or oleo (not whipped)
- 2 beaten eggs
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 Tbsp. soda
- 4 Tbsp. dill seed
- 1/2 tsp. ground onion
- 2 c. flour
Directions

1Mix all together and beat well.

2Let rise to double.

3Punch down.

4Add 2 1/2 to 3 cups flour and knead well.

5Shape into 2 loaves.

6I use 2 medium sized bread pans.

7Let rise to top of pan. Bake 40 minutes at 350°.

8Butter and salt top of crusts.

9Cover tightly with foil.

10These make great toast.
