Dilled Broccoli Salad

- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 c. sliced celery
- 2/3 c. sliced pimento stuffed green olives
- 4 hard-cooked eggs, coarsely chopped
- 1/4 c. diced onion
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 to 2 tsp. dill weed
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Cook broccoli in salted water until crisp (4 to 5 minutes). Drain well and cool.

2Combine remaining ingredients with broccoli, stirring gently.

3Chill, covered, at least 3 hours.

4Serve with sliced eggs and chopped olives as garnish.
