Dilled Broccoli Salad

  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 c. sliced celery
  • 2/3 c. sliced pimento stuffed green olives
  • 4 hard-cooked eggs, coarsely chopped
  • 1/4 c. diced onion
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 to 2 tsp. dill weed
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Directions

    Cook broccoli in salted water until crisp (4 to 5 minutes). Drain well and cool.

    Combine remaining ingredients with broccoli, stirring gently.

    Chill, covered, at least 3 hours.

    Serve with sliced eggs and chopped olives as garnish.
