Dilled Mashed Potatoes

- 6 to 8 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 Tbsp. dill weed or to taste
Directions

1In large pot, boil potatoes in water with 1 teaspoon salt. Cook until fork easily pierces potato cube.

2Remove from heat; drain off water.

3Mash potatoes by hand or with portable mixer until free of lumps.

4Cut in cream cheese and continue to mix until cheese is blended into potatoes.

5Sprinkle potatoes with dill weed and mix in with wooden spoon.

6Serves 4 to 5.
